Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may use MAGAN, the insurance management platform operated by Camaara Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “Camaara”).

By using our website, signing in, or using any MAGAN product or portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MAGAN.

What MAGAN is

MAGAN helps insurance organizations manage policies, cover, claims, underwriting, and related financial operations. Some features are available only to authorized staff of customer organizations (insurers) or to members, providers, and partners invited by those organizations.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you believe someone else has access to your account, tell us or your organization administrator immediately. We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform and other users.

Acceptable use

You may use MAGAN only for lawful purposes and in line with your organization’s rules. You must not try to access data you are not allowed to see, disrupt the service, upload harmful files, or misuse the platform in any way that could harm Camaara, insurers, or individuals.

Customer organizations

If you use MAGAN as part of an insurer or other customer organization, that organization may control your access, roles, and the business data stored for them. Additional agreements between Camaara and that organization (such as a service or data processing agreement) may also apply.

Content and data

Business records you enter (such as policies, claims, and documents) remain under the control of the relevant customer organization, subject to our agreements with them and applicable law.

You must only upload information and files you are allowed to share, and you must not upload illegal or harmful content.

Service availability

We aim to keep MAGAN available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend features when needed.

Our responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Camaara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are not allowed).

Ending use

You may stop using MAGAN at any time. We or your organization may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, if required for security or legal reasons, or when a customer relationship ends.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page shows when the current version started. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
